RETURNS & REFUNDS

At Elite, we want every purchase to feel effortless. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Change of Mind Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, in line with your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging. To begin a return, email us at narlummwood@icloud.com with your order number.

Refunds Approved refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving your return, back to your original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Exceptions For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened skincare, beauty, or wellness products, or on personalised items.
